Five 20-Minute Consultations: Acute Consultation: Discuss symptoms and receive a personalized homeopathic treatment plan tailored to your family’s needs. Four Follow-Up Consultations: Conducted online, via text, or email to monitor progress, address concerns, and adjust remedies as necessary. 2. Email Prescriptions: Detailed information about the remedies you should start using immediately and instructions for ordering any additional remedies needed. This ensures you have the right support every step of the way. 3. Ongoing Guidance: Four Additional Emails: Receive continued expert advice and support to help manage symptoms effectively and support your family’s overall well-being. This pack is designed to help your family navigate various acute symptoms and health concerns with expert guidance and practical support.
Cancellation Policy
Introduction HomeoSOS connects you with homeopaths for consultations. Your agreement is directly with the homeopath. Ensure you are satisfied with all details before proceeding. Liability HomeoSOS holds no liability for consultations. Homeopathy & Mainstream Healthcare Homeopathy works alongside conventional healthcare. You will not be asked to stop any prescribed medication. Additional health checks may be recommended. Emergency Care Homeopathy is not a substitute for emergency care. In emergencies, contact your doctor or local emergency services immediately. Booking Requirements: Must be 18+ to use this service. Your agreement is directly with the homeopath. Appointments must be made in good faith. You confirm you are mentally competent to enter this agreement. You cannot book under false pretenses (e.g., as an undisclosed agency or reporter). Payment is required at booking. Consultation Process: Takes place at the scheduled time. Choose between video or audio consultation. Photos may be required for skin-related issues. Discussions are confidential, shared only with the team unless explicitly instructed otherwise. Payment & Fees: Payment is required before consultation. Cancellations & No-Show Fees: Free cancellation if done 1+ hour before the session. 100% charge if cancelled less than 1 hour before the session. Group Bookings Maximum participants per booking: 1. Client Booking Rules Cancel up to 1 hour before the session. Reschedule up to 12 hours before the session. Earliest booking: 2 hours before the session starts. Pharmacy: After the consultation, you will receive a prescription and details on where to buy your remedies. Confidentiality & Data Protection: Homeopaths securely store records for 7 years. Your details are confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law. HomeoSOS does not share or sell your personal information. Code of Conduct: All homeopaths follow the Homeopathic Code of Ethics to ensure professional standards and quality care. Technology Use: Reasonable security measures are taken for online, video, email, and telephone consultations, but complete privacy cannot be guaranteed. Follow-Up Consultations: Follow-ups are encouraged and can be discussed with your homeopath for the best treatment outcome. By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms & conditions.
